URBAN PLATES X NYJAH HUSTON
Southern California based, fresh ingredient-focused casual dining chain Urban Plates collaborated with skateboarding legend, Nyjah Huston in designing his own bowl offered by the brand. If you want to be a champion, it helps to eat like one.
The aim was to make it healthy, energizing, & delicious. Gochujang glazed char-grilled chicken, microgreens, cauliflower fried rice, wakeame, charred broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes - it’s hard to go wrong with a combo like that.
I was tasked with photographing the beauty shots of the bowl & Nyjah Huston’s first time trying it with Chef Joe Noonan.
Needless to say, the dish went over well and it was great to meet and photograph Nyjah.
